Mental Health Token
Through my own struggles with my mental health, I've learned that there is no single solution, there is no single tool, there is no single answer. But broadly speaking, togetherness, community, and kindness are some of the most important parts of the journey.
So I introduce the Mental Health Maintenance Token. A small reminder that you are not alone. An uplifting and encouraging message, paired with a design of the Blue Morpho Butterfly to symbolise growth and metamorphosis, and a simple reminder to call 988 in a crisis.
